The City Clerk of Boonville, Missouri has received a petition to request annexation and an application to zone approximately 216.81 acres along Missouri State Highway 87 and Missouri State Highway 98 under the state statutes for a voluntary annexation.  The area proposed to be annexed is shown in the attached area map outlined in purple and was formerly known as Gross Brothers Farm, and now known as Troy Thurman Construction Co. Inc. Property.

You are invited and encouraged to attend one or both of the formal public hearings at the City Council Chambers Building at 525 E. Spring Street to listen to the plan presentation and address any concerns or questions you have about the proposed annexation, zoning, and/or development plans.   The dates of the hearings are as follows:

Planning and Zoning Commission, Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at 6:00 PM to review zoning application.

City Council, Monday, March 15, 2021 at 7:00 PM to review zoning recommendations from the Planning and Zoning Commission, annexation petition, and development plans.
