Boonville PWS Failure to Meet Monthly Microbiological,
Ultraviolet Light Operations, Turbidity and Disinfection Reporting Requirements

Este informe contiene inf ormacion muy importante sobre su agua potable. Traduzcalo o hable con
alguien que lo entienda bien.

We are required to monitor your drinking water for specific contaminants on a regular basis.
Results of regular monitoring are an indicator of whether or not our drinking water meets health
standards. We are also required to report these monthly drinking water test results to the Missouri
Department of Natural Resources by the 10th day of the following month. Although required
monitoring was conducted during the monitoring period, we failed to submit the monthly reports
for total coliform bacteria, ultraviolet light treatment, disinfection and turbidity for the February
2026 monitoring period to the department by March I 0, 2026, in violation of state and federal
monitoring and reporting requirements.

What should I do?
There is nothing you need to do at this time. Although this incident was not an emergency, as our
customers you have a right to know what happened and what we did to correct the situation.

What happened? What is being done? (Describe corrective action.)
The reports were prepared and ready in the email to be sent out on the scheduled date.
On the date they were to be sent out, the manager was pulled away to another job.
When he realized the email was not sent it was late to MODNR. The corrective actions
is we have 3 people now that have been added to the list to make sure the email is sent on time.
